Zaskorski & Notaro Architects,  AlA, LLP worked closely with renowned interior designer  and restaurateur,  Adam Tihany in creating this world class success in the heart of New York.

 

The floor plan above the photograph illustrates a challenging  narrow space visually enhanced by the powerful mural soaring to meet the 30-foot height ceiling along the interior masonry wall.  On the opposite side of the mural: expanses of French doors opening to a canopy-covered  sidewalk  dining area.

 

Among the varied responsibilities of Zaskorski & Notaro Architects, AlA, LLP were construction documents and extensive  detailing, zoning and code analysis, construction administration, coordination of mechanical and structural  consultants, and approvals from various NYC agencies.
