Jason Gross, Registered Architect
Jason Gross is a graduate of Pratt Institute with a Bachelor of Architecture and a registered architect in New York and Florida. The projects he has managed involve extensive client communication and various trades coordination. He has been instrumental in design and development of residential, commercial, and educational projects. He has worked extensively with regulatory agencies (Departments of Buildings, Landmarks Commission, City Planning and MTA) in order to obtain necessary approvals to realize unique project features throughout NYC and beyond. His work also includes performing surveys, developing construction drawings and specifications, modeling three-dimensional renderings and/or physical models, and preparing visual presentations.
Malka van Bemmelen, Registered Architect
Malka van Bemmelen is a registered architect and a graduate of Pratt Institute with a Bachelor of Architecture. She has over 20 years of experience, first at top NYC firms, at Skidmore Owings and Merrill and at Gwathmey Siegel and Associates, and later heading her own architectural practice in northern NJ for 15 years. Specializing in residential architecture, she designed a super energy-efficient house to Passive House standards, the first in Bergen County, featured in The Bergen Record and in Greenbuildingadvisor.com. Currently she is focusing on restoration and preservation of ecclesiastical projects in Brooklyn and Queens, from scoping and surveying existing conditions, to creating drawings documenting all the steps necessary to remediate any damage or deterioration to the exterior envelope - masonry, windows and roof, using. thorough drawings, details and specifications.
Sheryl Jolta, Project Manager
Sheryl Bodine is a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Architecture. She is in the process of becoming a Registered Architect. The projects she has managed involve extensive client communication and vary between residential, commercial, and educational. She has performed surveys, developed construction drawings, and contract documents. Her work includes frequent coordination with NYC agencies such as NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission and NYC Department of Buildings.
Marios Drakos, Project Manager
Marios brings extensive experience in new construction, preservation and renovation. He is a graduate of Democritus University in Greece, with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Pratt Institute in New York, with a Master of Science in Historic Preservation. He is a licensed architect in Europe and is currently working toward his New York State license.
