Carlo Zaskorski Architect, AIA, established the firm in New York City in 1979 and has been practicing architecture for over 35 years. Zaskorski & Associates Architect P.C. has extensive experience in the design and management of award winning projects in the planning, renovation, restoration, adaptive reuse and historic preservation of existing buildings and interior spaces. Z & A has designed major office, residential, hospitality, educational, medical and institutional projects.

Discussing the Historic Preservation of Rodin Studios at 57th St & Seventh Avenue, across from Carnegie Hall; Carlo Zaskorski was quoted by Christopher Grey, in the New York Times in an article about Cass Gilbert's design.

Collaborating with internationally recognized designers, Zaskorski has completed the renovation of the finest quality co-op and condo residences. These include residences on Fifth Avenue in Trump Tower, on Central Park West at the Beresford and the Majestic, 710 Park Ave, and in buildings designed by Emory Roth and Rosario Candela.

Z & A has designed single family homes in Sag Harbor NY, Riverside Connecticut, Pelham NY, and East Hills. The firm has designed many high quality residential additions in Manhasset, Port Washington and upstate New York.
